Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish musician, singer and actress. Corr made her debut in 1990, singing lead singer for the Celtic pop-rock and rock band The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim and three of their older siblings. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is part of The Corrs. She was awarded the honor of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is an active member of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop-rock band The Corrs. Andrea plays a variety of musical instruments as well as sings for the group The Corrs. Andrea began her professional career as an actress in the year 1991. She later became a musician and stage artist. She was a playback singer for the 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studio albums under her name, along with two compilations albums including four live albums as well as one mix album. Additionally, Andrea was awarded awards for her humanitarian work. Andrea's stockbroker husband and two children are hers. Andrea began her lessons in music using the Tin-whistle. Gerry helped Andrea learn to play the keyboard. Andrea is also proficient on the ukulele. She spent her teenage years working on her musical techniques. The teenage years she spent working on her musical abilities. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent in Dublin,' and there she was a frequent participant in school shows.
